Coconut Tree Divers is proud to be the only dive shop in West End with a fleet of two large, covered dive boats. Instead of wasting valuable dive time ferrying back and forth from the shop, our spacious capacity allows us to offer two-tank dive trips every morning to all the dive sites in the Roatan Marine Park. Captains Carl and Fred, with over 40 years of combined boat captain experience, are always onboard, alert, and ready to help with anything you need. Our commitment to quality service means that we keep our dive groups small, so you will always have plenty of space to set up your equipment, move around, and relax without feeling crowded.
Your safety is our priority. Our boats always carry the following:
- Emergency Oxygen Kit
- First Aid Kit
- Spare Equipment Bag
- VHF Radio
- Iced drinking water
- Dive Roster

Our daily boat, Potlicker, is a 33ft ex-navy utility boat, built to carry 45 men and cargo, fitted with a 150hp Cummins Marine engine. It is the perfect boat to cruise out to most of the dive sites within 10-15 minutes. She has been remodelled to create a sturdy dive boat capable of carrying 14 divers on a two-tank journey out to the reef. She is covered to shade from the sun, with a custom-built easy-climb ladder and dive platform.

Our specialty dive trip boat Wish U Were Here was added to the Coconut Tree fleet in 2007. This 35-foot Coast Guard cruiser in slices through the water with two 220-horsepower inboard Yanmar engines, easily reaching dive sites ahead of the competition. She is perfect for daily charter trips to the remote reefs of Barbareta and Pigeon Key, Cayos Cochinos, Utila Sea Mounts, Mary's Place and the East End of the island.
